Refund Policy

ValuScribe NYC is sold as prepaid credits: report credits and extra export credits (see Pricing). All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, whether or not the credits have been used. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred outside the organization that purchased them.

We encourage you to review the product before purchasing. If you have questions about whether ValuScribe NYC fits your work, contact us before you buy.

We will correct genuine billing errors. These include:

• a duplicate charge for the same purchase;
• a charge for credits that were never added to your organization’s balance; and
• a charge in an amount different from the price shown at checkout.

Report a billing error within 30 days of the charge by emailing admin@valuscribe.com with the date, amount, and the email address on your account. Once we confirm the error, we will either refund the erroneous amount to the original payment method or add the missing credits, as appropriate.

If you close your account, or if we suspend or terminate it for a breach of the Terms of Service, any unused credits are forfeited and are not refunded.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer, so we can resolve the issue directly. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated policy is posted; the policy in effect at the time of a purchase governs that purchase.
