Common questions
- Is there a subscription?
- No. ValuScribe NYC is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits when you need them, and there is no monthly fee.
- Who in my firm can buy and spend credits?
- Credits belong to your organization. Owners and admins can purchase credits (1 to 20 at a time); any member can spend them.
- What counts as an export?
- Generating a PDF or Word file of a report. Viewing a report in the browser, sharing a finalized report by link, and reopening finalized snapshots never use credits.
- Can I get a refund?
- All sales are final, except for billing errors such as a duplicate charge. See the Refund Policy for details.
